Jeroen Dubbeldam will not compete in Aachen
In spite of his broken leg is a start for him at the CHIO
too early
Jeroen Dubbeldam had in actual fact intended
to start competing again in Aachen in spite of his broken
leg. However the Dutch rider did have to revise his decision
this week. "My leg does feel a lot better again, but
unfortunately I established that I have indeed lost a lot
of strength in my broken leg. I am afraid it is too early
for me to be able to compete at the CHIO Aachen," the
Team European Champion commented with regret. Dubbeldam is
still hoping to be nominated for the Olympic Games with BMC
Up and down. "Jeroen will compete at the CSI Twente in
Geesteren, the Netherlands, next week and will try to take
advantage of his small chance at gaining a ticket for the
Olympics," the Dutch Equipe Chef, Rob Ehrens, commented.
