Edward Gal rides to victory in the WOTAX Prize
The Dutch rider triumphs again with Moorlands Totilas

Edward Gal already won the
opening dressage competition, the Prix St. Georges, with the
8-year-old stallion Moorlands Totilas, and today the Dutchman
rode to victory number two in the Intermédiaire I competition,
the WOTAX Prize. He clearly dominated this dressage test on
the black stallion with a score of 72.450 percent just like
in the Prix St. Georges. Followed this time by the Team World
Champion Isabell Werth (Rheinberg/69.550 percen), who had
saddled the seven-year-old youngster, Rhineland-bred Ehrentusch
daughter, El Santo NRW, beating the professional rider, Hayley
Beresford into third place. As in the Prix St. Georges, the
Australian rider had saddled the 8-year-old, black De-Niro
daughter, Rhapsodie Queen, in the first competition the pair
managed to secure second place.
