Prize of the City of Aachen presented to Dr. Tessen von Heydebreck
In honour of his commitment to the equestrian sport

The Deutsche Bank AG has been asserting itself for the equestrian sport in Aachen for decades. "Especially Dr. Tessen von Heydebreck has demonstrated great personal commitment for our city and our tournament as a long-term Board Director of the company and as the present Chairman of the Deutsche Bank Trust," said the Lord Mayor of Aachen, Dr. Jürgen Linden. "It is also thanks to his support with the construction work in 1988 that we can today experience the exciting dressage competitions in the Deutsche Bank Stadium."

Furthermore, in his capacity as a member of the advisory board, Dr. Tessen von Heydebreck has additionally been advising the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein, organisers of the CHIO, since 1999. "We have thus decided to award Dr. Tessen von Heydebreck with the "Prize of the City of Aachen 2008" to honour his special services to the CHIO Aachen, Dr. Linden, commented.
