"Kaiserbrunnen & Radio Aachen - Public's Favourites Prize"Michaels-Beerbaum, Werth, Klimke, Sandmann and Vorberg voted most popular athletes

This Prize doesn't exactly have anything to do with the sporting performance of the athletes, it is more their popularity and personal charm which counts here: Thousands of equestrian sport fans submitted their votes for the "Kaiserbrunnen & Radio Aachen - Public's Favourites Prize", either online or at the respective polls on the show grounds of the World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen 2008. The "Winners of Hearts" in the respective disciplines this year included Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum (show-jumping), Isabell Werth (dressage), Ingrid Klimke (eventing), Christoph Sandmann (driving) and Kai Vorberg (vaulting). The equestrian athletes received their prizes in the main stadium on Sunday after the ROLEX Grand Prix, the Grand Prix of Aachen.

But the last prizes won't be awarded until Monday, July 7th, when attractive prizes for taking part in the opinion poll will be announced in the Morning Show on Radio Aachen. The winners will also be informed in writing.
