Prize of the City of Aachen

Since 1995, the City of Aachen has annually awarded a prize for a person or a group, who has made an extraordinary effort for the promotion/the development of the CHIO Aachen.

Up to now, this prize has been awarded to:

2007 Jürgen Thumann
- for his engagement and support with regard to the allocation and the organisation of the FEI World Equestrian Games Aachen 2006 and his support of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein (Member and Chairman of the Advisory Board since 1999; Advisor of the ALRV-Board)
