Prize of the City of Aachen
Since 1995, the City of Aachen has annually
awarded a prize for a person or a group, who has made an
extraordinary effort for the promotion/the development of
the CHIO Aachen.
Up to now, this prize has been awarded to:
2009 Dr. Dieter Zetsche
- for his intensive commitment, not only as Chairman of
the Managing Board of the CHIO-sponsor Daimler AG, but also
for his personal support f.e. as member of the ALRV's Advisory
Board (member since 1999)
2008 Dr. Tessen von Heydebreck
- for his engagement for the CHIO Aachen and for the World
Equestrian Games Aachen 2006, f.e. as member of the ALRV's
Advisory Board (member since 1999)
